Do you give a tracking number?

We give you a tracking number (TN) for each package shipped. Our shippers send us TNs after they ship out the packages. We forward the TNs to you immediately after we get them.

 

I want to change my shipment information

Your order details always reflect the shipment information in your profile at the time of order placement. To change your shipment information after you have placed an order, please send us a message via live support, and we will assist you.

When will my order be shipped?

Following your payment collection, we immediately forward your order to the relevant warehouses. After that, the postal processes are carried out by the suppliers. It may take some days until your package is shipped out by the warehouse. This time varies by the warehouses.
